10+12 Laminated floor full lines of automatic production line

 Hotjin FPR, the tongue and groove type milling line of new-type solid floor and multi-layer wood (bamboo wood) composite floor is of automation during the whole process. The master machine is of track-through type with highly intensive U-shaped guide rail, which ensures the operational linearity and the synchronicity of double rails. This automatic production line is mainly applicable to the continuous production of floor. It features in advanced design, compact structure, easy utilization, intensive automation and reliable performance.

Including a full line of major equipment

A. Feeding Rolling Table (front)  Positioning separation, multi-sheet after a separation then a subsequent transportation to the next procedure.

B. Longitudinal Double End Tenoner 

C. Longitudinal Brushing Machine (SG-A): In vertical slotted right after brushing the surface of the work piece with ash.

D. Feeding Rolling Table (central) (GT24-2): Vertical processing will be completed sheet into the next process.

E. Automatism Feeding Rack (GT24-0): Right transportation to the plate in the precise location of a  single-chip stocks after separation into the next process.

F. Electrical Control System (GT.D): The coordination of the whole production line control.

G. Transverse Double end Milling Machine
