This automatic production line is mainly used for cutting and slotting SPC flooring.
Technological Process flow:
Suction big board by automatic loading machine, feeding into the longitudinal multi rip saw to cut, and then after turning over and conveying to longitudinal and transverse DET slotting.
Production line process section：
A section: forklift> hydraulic elevator platform > automatic loading machine
B section: Longitudinal multi rip saw ˃ speedup roller conveyor ˃ lifting belt conveyor ˃ climbing roller conveyor ˃ turn over machine
C section: Front roller conveyor ˃ longitudinal double end tenoner ˃ middle roller conveyor ˃ transverse double end tenoner
