Product description
This semi-automatic production line is mainly used for cutting and slotting SPC flooring, and loading by labor.
Technological Process flow:
After loading the board by labor, then longitudinal cut, and through turn over and conveying, to work with the longitudinal and transverse DET machine.
Connecting process section:
A section: loading the board by labor ˃ longitudinal multi-rip saw ˃ speedup roller conveyor ˃ lifting belt conveyor ˃ climbing roller conveyor ˃ turn over machine
B section: Front roller conveyor ˃ longitudinal double end tenoner ˃ middle roller conveyor ˃ transverse double end tenoner
